RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns for all products except for "Custom" item, which are non-returnable. All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Please note that gift cards are non-returnable; however, they do not expire.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. If you experience any issues, please contact us, and we will work to resolve them promptly.
We accept returns for eligible items within 15 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Repackage the items in a shipping package.

Pack the items securely and include the original packing slip, indicating which items are being returned.

For your protection, we strongly recommend selecting a shipping method that includes tracking, as we cannot issue refunds for lost return shipments.
Once we receive your returned items in good condition, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
At this time, items purchased through our website cannot be returned to our retail store.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to place a new order for the desired product. You can then follow the return process outlined above for the original item.
